Club training drop-in session

Session details
If you are wanting to explore the world of weightlifting sooner rather than later, why not join us for a Club Training session?
You will be introduced to club life, and have the opportunity to meet a few of our members. If you are brand new to the sport, we'll start right at the beginning and focus on learning some of the positions required for the snatch or clean.

There is no limit to the number of drop-in sessions you can purchase.

How we teach
Our coaching style means that you’ll receive real-time feedback from the coach on duty, allowing you to adapt quickly and make the most out of your training session. We understand that every body is different, and we’re on the ball. Where appropriate, you’ll also receive individual exercise selections, drills or maybe even a bit of homework to ensure you have something to take away. If you are new to the sport, the primary focus will be on safe technique and an introduction to the various positions required to make a successful lift.

Complete beginners who are brand new to the sport

Anyone from a CrossFit or similar environment and would like to improve their weightlifting skills

Someone who is looking to join a weightlifting club but still feeling a little unsure as to whether it's for them
When can I train
Any 1 of the following 8 sessions*
Monday
17.30 - 19.00 or 19.00 - 20.30
