We are offering a discounted membership for your first month! And even better, if you decide to join thereafter you will get your next month completely free!
Whether you are a beginner looking for an entry route into the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, a CrossFitter looking to improve their lifting skills, someone who has just moved to the area or someone who has simply dabbled in weightlifting and are now looking to join a community - this membership could be for you!
You will be introduced to club life, training alongside other members and following the club training programme. If you are brand new to the sport, we'll start right at the beginning and your focus will be more on learning the various positions and drills required for the snatch and clean & jerk, in a pretty similar way to the Beginners 4-week course.
This membership is available to new members, for your first month only.

How we teach
Our coaching style means that you’ll receive real-time feedback from the coach on duty, allowing you to adapt quickly and make the most out of your training sessions. We understand that every body is different, and we’re on the ball. Where appropriate, you’ll also receive individual exercise selections, drills or sometimes even a bit of homework to ensure you’re always learning and progressing. If you are new to the sport, there will be opportunities to load weight, but the primary focus will always be on safe technique and learning the various positions required to make a successful lift.
