Club Training

Our dedicated Club Training sessions are lead by qualified and experienced British Weightlifting coaches. They provide an opportunity to train with the rest of the team, whilst having tailored feedback from the coach on duty.

Open gym

Unlimited access to the club outside of dedicated coached sessions.

Youth Training

These sessions are dedicated to our younger lifters aged 10-17 years, and are carefully lead by a qualified coach under the framework of British Weightlifting's Talent Academy guidelines.
