Youth free trial

A one-off session with our youth team, absolutely free of charge

Session details

If you know a curious youngster aged 10-17 years who is interested in exploring the world of weightlifting, why not send them along for a free Youth Training session? 

 

They will be introduced to club life, and have the opportunity to meet a few of our other youth members. If they are brand new to the sport, we'll start right at the beginning and focus on learning basic movement patterns before introducing the more complex skills.

How we teach

It's important to us that we support our youth team to be happy and healthy. We'll start off with a dynamic, fun warm-up, before working progressively through a weightlifting-specific skill. We'll finish up with a strength-based exercise, and a little re-cap on what we've learned.

  • Youths aged 10-17 years

  • Any level of experience

When can I train

Any 1 of the following 3 sessions:

Tuesday

Thursday

16.30 - 17.30

Saturday

09.00 - 10.00
