Sign up to our 'Beginners Weightlifting' course today and learn to lift under the watchful eye of a certified coach. We'll start right at the beginning and take you through the foundations of Olympic Weightlifting, step by step. A small group setting will ensure that you'll have a personalised experience while you're guided through our progressive beginner's training programme.
By the end of your time with us, you'll have learnt the fundamentals of the snatch and clean & jerk, meaning you'll be fully equipped to take your next steps in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
