BEGINNERS WEIGHTLIFTING COURSE

A personal experience in a small group setting.
8x 1hr training sessions over a 4-week period, following a progressive beginner's training programme.

WEIGHTLIFTING WEEKENDER

An express but comprehensive introduction to the sport of weightlifting.
Perfect as a taster experience if you're new to the sport, or as an opportunity to refresh your existing skills.

BEGINNERS WEIGHTLIFTING COURSE

Sign up to our 'Beginners Weightlifting' course today and learn to lift under the watchful eye of a British Weightlifting certified coach. We'll start right at the beginning and take you through the foundations of Olympic Weightlifting, step by step. A small group setting of just 6 people will ensure that you have a personalised experience and receive immediate feedback, while you're guided through our progressive beginner's training programme.

By the end of your time with us, you'll have learnt the fundamentals of the snatch and clean & jerk, leaving you fully equipped to take your next steps in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

WEIGHTLIFTING WEEKENDER

Our 'Weightlifting Weekender' is the perfect taster experience if you're brand new to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Or, if you've been lifting for a little while already, it's a great opportunity to go back to basics, refresh your knowledge and refine your movement.

There will never be more than 11 other people lifting alongside you, meaning our two coaches will be on hand to offer you personal guidance and coaching tips at any time.

By the end of the weekend, you'll have received a comprehensive introduction to the world of weightlifting, and a real-life taster into what the sport can offer you. If you're brushing up on existing skills, it means you can return to your weightlifting or CrossFit classes equipped with a new-found confidence!
